I truly believe in the value of hair education and all salons however big or small should invest in their staff and provide them with regular training.
My teaching concept is based around understanding about shape in the hair, using the techniques: one length, layering and graduation to create individual haircuts to suit the clients face shape, hair texture, and growth patterns. The philosophy of my teaching system is that stylists learn by using visual demonstrations, informative lectures and hands on coaching with step by step working sessions.
A combination of these gives a better understanding and the confidence to practice new skills. My structured training courses provide opportunities for staff to increase their knowledge and skills around hairdressing and customer service. This is in turn means the salon improves its expertise and service to its clients, making the salon stand out from its competitors. I have trained hairdressers and salon staff all over the world and the same principles apply across all languages and culture.
