Hair education in Russia? What it is really like?

I have been traveling too Russia for over 10 years now, to both Moscow and Ekatering burg (which is another 3 hour flight from Moscow).

It is important to understand their culture, they have sub zero temperatures in the winter and anything up to minus 30 degrees. That's cold! The hair inside your nostrils moves!! I wouldn't say I am used to it however, I know what to wear, a hat is essential, not my favorite item of clothing but everyone wears a hat and your hair is second layer of warmth.

The hairdressing industry is expanding. Through my support and training courses they are forming a strong educational curriculum at the highest level. Exciting times ahead.
